These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of shapedaf.com (the “Site”) and your purchase or use of products, appointments, treatments, memberships, and other services offered by Shaped AF LLC (“Shaped,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our Site, purchasing a product, booking an appointment, enrolling in a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies, agreements, disclosures, or consents presented to you in connection with a particular purchase, membership, appointment, treatment, or service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or services.
1. ABOUT SHAPED
Shaped AF LLC provides cosmetic, aesthetic, skincare, facial sculpting, body sculpting, lymphatic, wellness, retail, and related services and products.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party providers to facilitate appointment booking, payments, communications, and other aspects of our services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase products or services through our Site.
Certain treatments may have additional age, health, consent, or eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, decline, or discontinue a treatment when we reasonably believe the treatment may be inappropriate, unsafe, contraindicated, outside the intended use of the service, or otherwise unsuitable for the client.
3. COSMETIC SERVICES
Shaped provides cosmetic and aesthetic services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services are intended for cosmetic, beautification, skincare, wellness, sculpting, or relaxation purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information provided on our Site, through marketing materials, social media, treatment descriptions, or by our team is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have questions about whether a treatment is appropriate because of a medical condition, medication, pregnancy, recent procedure, or other health consideration, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before receiving the treatment.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Individual results vary.
Shaped does not guarantee any particular result from any treatment, service, product, protocol, or series of treatments.
Recommendations made by Shaped or our providers are based on the information available at the time, the client's stated concerns and goals, and our professional assessment.
A recommendation that a treatment may help address a particular concern does not constitute a promise or guarantee that the treatment will produce a particular result or degree of improvement.
Certain concerns, including pigmentation, acne, congestion, texture, dehydration, puffiness, skin laxity, or other cosmetic concerns, may require multiple treatments, maintenance treatments, home care, or a combination of approaches.
The number of treatments needed and the degree and duration of improvement vary from person to person.
Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, social media content, marketing images, treatment descriptions, and examples of results are provided for illustrative purposes only. They reflect individual experiences and do not represent or guarantee the results another client will achieve.
5. CLIENT INFORMATION AND TREATMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information that may reasonably affect their treatment.
This may include information concerning:
• Allergies or sensitivities
• Medications
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Skin conditions
• Medical conditions relevant to treatment
• Recent surgeries or procedures
• Injuries or conditions affecting the treatment area
• Botox, fillers, injectables, lasers, peels, or other aesthetic procedures
• Other information reasonably relevant to the treatment
Clients are responsible for informing Shaped if this information changes.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment eligibility, safety, or results.
Our providers may modify, postpone, or decline a treatment when appropriate.
Treatment-specific consent forms, intake forms, contraindication disclosures, or other documentation may also be required before certain services are performed.
6. BOTOX, FILLERS, AND OTHER PROCEDURES
Certain Shaped services should not be performed immediately before or after Botox, dermal fillers, injectables, or other cosmetic or medical procedures.
Where a service specifies a waiting period, clients are responsible for following that requirement.
For services requiring a two-week waiting period following Botox or fillers, clients should not book or receive the service until that period has passed.
Other restrictions may apply depending on the service and individual circumstances.
If you are unsure whether a recent procedure affects your eligibility for a service, please contact Shaped before your appointment.
7. APPOINTMENTS
Appointments may be booked through our Site, our booking provider, by telephone, in person, or through another method offered by Shaped.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed.
We may modify treatment availability, providers, schedules, operating hours, service offerings, or appointment availability.
Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment can be performed if information disclosed before or during the appointment indicates that the service should be modified, postponed, or declined.
8. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
By booking an appointment and providing a payment method, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy and authorize Shaped to charge the payment method provided or on file for applicable late cancellation or no-show charges, to the extent permitted by law.
For members, an applicable membership credit may be forfeited or the applicable service amount may be charged in accordance with the membership and booking terms presented to you.
Shaped may make exceptions to this policy at its discretion based on individual circumstances. Making an exception on one occasion does not waive our cancellation policy for future appointments.
9. LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may need to be shortened or modified to avoid affecting subsequent clients.
The full scheduled service price may still apply when an appointment is shortened because of a client's late arrival.
If there is insufficient time to safely or appropriately perform the treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
10. PRICING
Prices displayed on our Site or booking platform are subject to change.
The price applicable to a transaction will generally be the price presented when the purchase or booking is completed, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
Taxes, shipping, gratuities, or other applicable charges may be additional unless expressly stated otherwise.
Membership pricing is available only to eligible members and may be subject to separate membership terms.
Promotional pricing may be subject to additional restrictions.
11. PAYMENTS
By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
You authorize Shaped and our payment processors to charge amounts you expressly agree to pay, including purchases, appointments, applicable cancellation or no-show charges, memberships, and other authorized transactions.
Payments may be processed through Shopify, Mangomint, or other payment providers used by Shaped.
We may decline or cancel transactions that reasonably appear fraudulent, unauthorized, erroneous, or otherwise improper.
12. MEMBERSHIPS AND RECURRING BILLING
Shaped offers recurring memberships that may provide treatment credits, member pricing, and other benefits.
All membership clients are provided with a separate membership agreement to review and sign.
The membership agreement contains the specific terms applicable to the membership, which may include pricing, billing frequency, included benefits, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and other applicable conditions.
By signing a membership agreement and enrolling in a recurring membership, you acknowledge the terms presented in that agreement and authorize the recurring charges described in the agreement until the membership is cancelled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
We may maintain records of membership enrollment and authorization in accordance with our business practices and applicable law.
Membership benefits, credits, and preferred pricing are available only while the applicable membership is active and in good standing, except as otherwise stated in the applicable membership agreement or required by law.
If these general Terms conflict with a client's signed membership agreement regarding the membership, the specific membership agreement will govern the membership relationship to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellation and modification requests must be made in accordance with the procedures stated in the applicable membership agreement and any additional rights provided by applicable law.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges according to the applicable membership terms.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle a member to a refund of membership charges already properly incurred.
Changes to Memberships
If Shaped changes the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, or other material terms of a recurring membership, we will provide notice and obtain consent when required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms or a membership agreement limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
13. MEMBERSHIP CREDITS, PACKAGES, AND PREPAID SERVICES
Membership credits, treatment packages, prepaid treatments, promotional credits, and account credits are subject to the terms disclosed when purchased or issued.
Applicable restrictions, expiration provisions, transferability rules, redemption conditions, and membership requirements will be governed by the terms associated with the applicable purchase or program and applicable law.
Promotional or complimentary credits may be treated differently from amounts directly paid by a customer.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, promotional discounts and complimentary benefits have no cash value.
14. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are subject to the terms provided at purchase and applicable law, including applicable California gift-card requirements.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
15. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions, discounts, referral offers, introductory offers, member promotions, sales, and other special pricing may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, service restrictions, or other conditions disclosed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
• Cannot be combined with other promotions
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be applied retroactively
• Apply only to eligible products or services
• May be limited to one use per client
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions subject to applicable law.
16. SERVICE REFUNDS
Because treatments and services are performed at the time of an appointment, completed services are generally not refundable solely because a client did not achieve a desired or expected cosmetic result.
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
If you have a concern regarding a treatment, please contact us promptly so we can review the circumstances.
Depending on the individual circumstances, Shaped may choose to provide follow-up care, an account credit, another accommodation, or a refund.
Any accommodation offered by Shaped on a particular occasion is discretionary unless otherwise required by law and does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in another situation.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
17. PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Physical products purchased through Shaped are subject to our then-current Refund or Return Policy.
Certain opened, used, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, skincare, beauty, or personal-care products may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where a product qualifies for return under our applicable policy.
Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing products.
18. ONLINE ORDERS
Products displayed on our Site are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing or description errors, and discontinue products, subject to applicable law.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors, packaging, appearance, ingredients, formulations, or other product characteristics may differ from what appears on a screen or may change over time.
19. SHIPPING
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Shaped is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect information provided by a customer, customs, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where required by law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
20. SKINCARE AND RETAIL PRODUCTS
Product descriptions and information are provided for general informational purposes.
Clients and customers are responsible for reviewing product directions and ingredient information before use.
If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns regarding use of a particular product, you should consult an appropriate professional before using it.
Individual responses to skincare and cosmetic products vary.
21. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS, AND TESTIMONIALS
Shaped may photograph or record treatments, clients, or results only as permitted by applicable law and any consent or authorization obtained from the client.
Where separate permission is required for marketing use, receiving a service or signing treatment paperwork does not by itself constitute authorization for Shaped to publicly use your image for advertising or marketing.
If you separately authorize Shaped to use photographs, videos, testimonials, or other content, the terms of that authorization will govern our use.
22. WEBSITE AND ONLINE STORE
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products and services online.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of our Site or online offerings from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every product, service, feature, or piece of information will remain available at all times.
23. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
• Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape or systematically collect Site content without authorization
• Interfere with Site security or functionality
• Impersonate another person
• Submit false or misleading information
• Infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• Use our Site or content in a manner that violates applicable law
We may restrict access to our Site where reasonably necessary to protect Shaped, our clients, or our systems.
24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content, including Shaped's branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, service names, treatment descriptions, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Shaped.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without authorization except where permitted by law.
25. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND USER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a review, comment, suggestion, feedback, or other content to Shaped, you represent that you have the right to provide it.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, threatening, malicious, or otherwise violates another person's rights.
Submitting private communications, photographs, treatment information, or other material to Shaped does not automatically give us permission to use that material publicly for advertising where separate authorization is required.
26. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our Site and services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Mangomint, payment providers, social media platforms, advertising services, and other technology providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent practices, availability, security, or content of third-party services, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by applicable law.
27. PRIVACY
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.
28. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our Site accurate and current, but errors may occur.
Service descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, treatment information, product information, and other content may be corrected or updated as appropriate.
If we discover an error relating to a transaction, we will address it in accordance with applicable law.
29. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site or that every piece of information will always be complete or current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shaped AF LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products or services where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to release Shaped from responsibility for conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived.
31. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Shaped harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Shaped for Shaped's own conduct where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
32. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, utility or internet outages, government actions, emergencies, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, or similar events, subject to applicable law.
33. REFUSAL OR DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE
To the extent permitted by law, Shaped may decline, discontinue, or restrict services when reasonably necessary, including because of:
• Safety or treatment eligibility concerns
• Abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate conduct
• Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
• Repeated violations of appointment policies
• Nonpayment
• Material violations of these Terms
• Circumstances preventing us from appropriately providing the requested service
We do not refuse service on a basis prohibited by applicable law.
34. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and disputes relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another law that cannot be waived applies.
Any provision concerning jurisdiction or venue will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law.
35. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
36. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
37. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, applicable signed membership agreement, treatment consents, booking and cancellation policies, and any other terms presented in connection with a specific transaction or service, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Shaped regarding the relevant services.
If a specific written agreement presented to you for a membership, treatment, promotion, or transaction conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement will generally govern that particular matter to the extent permitted by applicable law.
38. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.
Material changes to recurring membership terms will be handled separately where additional notice or consent is required.
