Booking With Us.

Scheduling an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, we require a $75 Deposit and to have a valid credit card on file at the time of booking to secure your appointment time slot. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service and the balance will be due at the end of your appointment.

If we don't receive your $75 deposit and signed credit card authorization form within 2 hours from the time of booking. Your appointment will be canceled & deposit will be refunded immediately.  

Deposit

Your $75 booking deposit is non refundable unless you give us 24 hours notice from time of appointment, non transferable, and goes towards the total cost of your service. The balance is due at the end of your appointment.

Cancellation, Reschedule, No Show Policy

Please be aware that if you need to change or cancel your studio booking, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or the full cost/remaining balance of the treatment/session will be charged to the card on file. This applies to all Studio services. If you fail to arrive for an appointment (No Show) & your card declines. You cannot schedule another visit at our studio until your pending balance is paid in full for your no-show. 

Running Late For An Appointment

Kindly ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment or session for check-in. In the event of tardiness, to accommodate the next client, we may adjust the duration of your treatment or provide an alternative that fits within the allocated time. If neither option is feasible, late arrivals will be treated as cancellations, resulting in a charge equivalent to the full price or remaining balance of the original booking. It's important to note that any modifications or reductions in treatment/session time due to lateness will still incur the full price of the initially booked session.

Packages

Please note all pre-paid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

If you purchased a package and you (1) fail to present for the appointment; (2) arrive for the appointment more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time; or (3) cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours remaining prior to the appointment time, a session will be subtracted from your package. Being more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and a session will be subtracted from your package. Any no-shows will result in your session being deducted from your package. Package sessions are valid for 6 months beginning from the time of purchase. If you’re running late, out of consideration for the next scheduled customer we may shorten the time of your treatment/session or offer/alter an alternative treatment to fit within the available time frame. If this is not possible, your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and a session will be deducted from your package. 

Chargebacks

Any chargebacks made against Shaped AF after any applicable fees that were charged to your card for any Cancellation, Reschedule, Late, & No Show fees mentioned in this agreement. You will not be able schedule another visit with Shaped AF until any pending balances are paid in full plus any additional fees associated with the chargeback. In the event this account is referred to an agency for collections or if an electronic check is returned/chargeback, you agree to be responsible for all returned fees and any collection costs, including collection agency and/or attorney fees.
